The Scalia brothers officially establish Devmont, becoming co-owners. Thanks to their vision and hard work, the company experiences rapid growth.

Driven by a desire for new ventures and eager to leverage his expertise, Joe Scalia partners with Patrick Sartore, a well-known figure in the business world for his innovative ideas. Together, they found DevWAH, a company driven by the passion to create quality housing and enrich community life on the Island of Montreal.
2025
DevWAH will launch the construction of W9, the first project in the strategically located new area of Hippodrome Namur. DevWAH will be at the forefront of developing this neighborhood, bringing positive change to the city of Montreal.
